Voltmec batteries use the most advanced lithium cells, integrated in a safe and efficient control system, characterized by high energy density, therefore extremely low weight and volume, as well as a very long operating life and fast charge.

MULTIPLE AND REDUNDANT SECURITY LEVELS
Voltmec batteries are equipped with multiple levels of security, both hardware and software, active and passive, in particular:
- continuous monitoring of the voltage of each cell and comparison with the string voltages
- continuous monitoring of the temperatures of each module and of the electronics
- current monitoring and quick release of contactors
- vacuum contactors with very high breaking power
- continuous monitoring of galvanic isolation
- ultra-fast fuses.
All cells are equipped with an individual test certificate and are supplied directly from leading international manufacturers.

Our unrivalled experience and expertise allow us to quickly design, develop and produce lithium batteries according to any customer specifications and suitable for every application.
The innovative Voltmec battery control system allows advanced monitoring of the state of charge and battery functionality. All diagnostic information is available on the CAN network to enable preventive maintenance, improve process efficiency during operation and predict when charging will be needed. The accurate calculation of the state of charge takes into account both voltages and temperatures and energy (Coulomb integration). All diagnostic information can be transmitted to the plant control system with industry standard protocols and customizable protocols. Diagnostic accuracy makes the vehicle safer and more reliable.
Voltmec mainly supplies batteries for industrial automation (for self-driving vehicles and for various types of movers and platforms); automotive (designing and manufacturing prototypes and small series of road, work and motorsport vehicles); nautical (recreational and sports); information & communication technology (creating large UPS).

The voltage range of the batteries ranges from 12-96V (industrial movements) up to 700-800V (high performance propulsion, large UPS, marine propulsion)
